As finals approach and life feels like it’s crashing down on top of you, remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Here are some ideas to help you relieve stress and live a life of relaxation in the midst of craziness.

  • Water coloring/ painting/ drawing
  • Go to the beach
  • Visit a museum
  • Try something new
  • Watch a sunset
  • Journal
  • Watch Netflix
  • Shopping
  • Walking / Exercising
  • Yoga / Meditation
  • Pet an animal
  • Eat some chocolate

Here’s just a few things to help you take some time for yourself! Be sure to schedule time into your day or week where you can relax and treat yourself. If you don’t take time to let your body relax then you may become sick which is never good, especially during this season. Love and treat yourself!
