Who doesn’t love cupcakes? Well, this vegan is CRAZY about her cupcakes! And let me tell you, it’s darn near impossible to find cupcakes in stores made without eggs. So while I was in Huntington, I made sure to take advantage of getting myself a delicious, red velvet, vegan cupcake.
