Processed with VSCO with hb2 presetSo today I attempted to make a vegan meal by myself. This breakfast meal included tofu, bell peppers, soy sausage, toast, and a cup of coffee. I sautéed the green bell pepper and tofu while adding a dash of salt, pepper, cyan, and cumin. While these were cooking, I popped some toast in the toaster and warmed up the soy sausage. I must say, this meal was absolutely delicious and the addition of coffee set it over the top. Having a kitchen to cook vegan meals has been so helpful and fun. This is the first of many home cooked vegan meals I will make!
