You know those people who can always make you smile even on the hardest days? Or those friends who give you flowers with notes on them just because? Or create art just for you? Those friends who care more about you than themselves at times?

Well I am so blessed to have Naomi Wu. She is a light in my world and an amazing friend. This post is solely dedicated to her.

Naomi. Where do I start? We first met in our First Year Psychology Seminar class where we freaked out about what we wanted to do with our lives and realized that we were going to be in school forever. This bond over Psychology propelled our relationship and started something greater than what I imaged. Today we are still in psychology courses as well as working together on an experiment and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

This girl is inspiring. She is truly a perfect creation from God. Her smile radiates and when you see it you can’t help but smile yourself. Her laugh is contagious and her loving personality is something I strive to have. She is always willing to help me, listen to my rants and problems, are cares for me endlessly. What more could you ask for in a friend? She exceeds the word friend actually. She is my sister and close friend that I am so honored to have. As I write this my eyes tear up. I wonder why God decided to bless me, little old me, with such a sweet, caring individual when he could have placed anyone in her life to become close with. God is truly amazing and so is Naomi. This is only the beginning of a long friendship, but I couldn’t hold in my appreciation for her any longer.

Naomi, thank you for being my friend and sister. I cherish everyday we have together and I look forward to more memories to come. I love you.
